- To accept your quote, reply to the Quote Email. A 50% deposit is required upon acceptance of the quote. Deposits must be received in order to begin your project.
- Our lead times vary, but are typically about 2-3 weeks. Expedited orders will incur a 15% surcharge.
- Once your order is being milled, you will receive a notification and the invoice. Final payment is due when you pick up your order. We gladly accept all forms of payment. Credit cards are subject to 3.15% transaction fees.
